Luxury £34 million Tuscan Villa goes up for sale

A luxury villa in Tuscany has been put up for sale by it’s current owners for nearly £34 million.

The three story luxury property villa is situated in the village of Torrita di Sena located near Tenuta di Petriolo and dates back to the 1400′s. The main building has changed a lot since then and is situated in a six acre park like landscape. The main building has approximately 46,260 square feet of living space and a heated swimming pool.

Another special feature is the chapel which has been restored from the 1800′s and is situated on the south wing of the estate. The Villa also comes with it’s own 74 acre vineyard which is already licensed to produce wine and olive oil and currently produces 110,000 bottles of wine a year.

The main building has a eat-in kitchen with a large fireplace, a formal dining room, two living rooms as well as an office all on the first floor. The second floor contains six bedroom with five bathrooms while the third floor contains several room which are unfinished.
