Morocco set to open first shopping center

LUXURY fashion and style brands are set to open in the first luxury shopping center in Morocco.
The center named Morocco Mall is located in Casablanca featuring the latest designs in luxury shopping and is set to open on the 5th December. It features three floors and covers over 70,000 sqm of shopping space. The center is the first international standard shopping complex in the country and was constructed as a joint venture between local Aksal Group and Saudi real estate developer Al Jedaie.
The complex is split with over 50% dedicated to entertainment – restaurants, cafes, multiplex cinemas etc and the rest to clothes shops. Some of the luxury brands available will be Fendi, Dior, Gucci and Balenciaga which will all operated under franchising by Aksal.
