Qatari Diar to build £213M resort in Montenegro

MONTENEGRO’S coastline will see a complete change with a £213 million development by luxury developers Qatari Diar.
The development near the capital city Tavat will see a 60-acre site redeveloped over two and a half years. The new site will include luxury hotels, villas and apartments as well as sports facilities and a luxury shopping center. This news follows the breakdown of the Orascom Holding development which broke down two years ago with the economic downturn. Montenegro currently only has one luxury resort the Aman Resort which opened last year.
