The most expensive crash ever
SEVERAL luxury cars were involved in the same accident in Japan causing more than £640 million worth of damage.
Police reported that the group of luxury car enthusiasts were gathered to tour the Kyushu Island when a Ferrari driver lost control round a wet corner and hit a barrier. The wreck that followed included several Ferrari 355s, Ferrari F430s, Ferrari F360, Ferrari F512, Lamborghini Diablo and three Mercedes models as well as a Nissan Skyline all of which were write-offs.
There were no serious injuries to any of the drivers, aged between 37 and 60, though ten people were taken to hospital.
