The new Porsche Boxster

LUXURY car manufacturer Porsche have unveiled their 2013 Porsche Boxster.

Just days after Porsche unveiled its new 911 Cabriolet at the Detroit Motor Show, the German car-maker has released the first pictures of the 2013 Porsche Boxster.The interior design offers the driver and passenger more space and reflects the new Porsche outline, while the distinctive center console further improves ergonomics.

Despite the engine capacity of the entry-level Boxster dropping from 2.9 to 2.7 litres, power increases by 10bhp to 261bhp.The Boxster S retains its 3.4-litre capacity, with power increased by 5bhp to 311bhp. Prices start at nearly £33,000 for the basic model which includes the £619 destination charge.The Boxster sport is priced at just over £40,000
